Terms & Conditions

For all bookings at my home-based massage studio.

When booking a treatment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:-

 

1. Appointments

• All treatments are by appointment only.

• The full address is provided after your booking is confirmed.

2. Health & Safety

Your wellbeing is my priority, please inform me of any medical conditions, recent injuries, or changes to your health before your session. This includes pregnancy, injuries and allergies.

I reserve the right to decline or adapt treatment if it is unsafe, outside of my scope of practice or contraindicated.

​

Currently, I am unable to offer massage treatments to clients receiving cancer treatment. For your safety and wellbeing, a qualified oncology massage therapist is recommended.

3. Cancellations

• Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.

• No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

 

4. Payment

A £20 deposit is required to secure and confirm all bookings.
The remaining balance is payable at your appointment by card, cash or bank transfer.

5. Professional Boundaries

This is a professional, therapeutic massage service. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of your appointment and you will be charged in full. Any future bookings will be refused.

6. Privacy

Your personal details and health information are treated with complete confidentiality. They are used solely for managing your bookings and ensuring your treatment is safe and appropriate. Your information is never shared with third parties.

Photos or testimonials are only shared with your consent.

7. Feeling Unwell?

Please reschedule if you’re unwell, have a fever, or a contagious illness.
I reserve the right to refuse treatment if needed for health and safety.

8. Updates

These terms may be updated when required. The most current version will always be available on request.
